A flurry of contemporary jewellery: Dazzle Edinburgh

July 27, 2017

Silver and blue topaz ring, on show at Dazzle Edinburgh

Edinburgh Festival Fringe favourite

Dazzle, the much-loved contemporary jewellery show, returns for the sixth year to Dovecot Studios on Infirmary Street for the Edinburgh Festival. The show will run from 4 August until 28 August 2017.

The light and airy gallery upstairs in the Ladies Baths will be filled with a wide range of established and new designers, showing the best of contemporary jewellery in a huge variety of materials.

Alongside the jewellery there will be work by a printmaker Anja Percival,  leather bags by Steven Harkin and handwoven scarves by Heather Shields.

Spiral cut studs: silver with blue topaz, amethyst, yellow quartz and rock crystal

Delightful summery colours

If you’re planning a visit, you will find a selection of my work including colourful favourites in blues and yellows, such as the spiral-cut studs and ring pictured. The spiral-cut offers unexpected sparkle as the light moves around the stones. The earrings come in pale amethyst, blue topaz, rock crystal or lemon quartz. Also available as hook earrings.
